# Vart kan jag hitta min faktura?

Våra fakturor skickas inom 15 min som e-post till den e-postadress du angav vid köpet. Om du av någon anledning inte hittar fakturorna i din inkorg kan du kika __i skräpkorgen__. Tyvärr är det vanligt att de kommer dit. Då kan du även logga in till vår [kundportal](https://checkout.oktagon.se/portal/signin/oktagon) och hämta dina fakturor.
