Orders

Processing an order
You can see all orders in the WooCommerce dashboard by clicking WooCommerce/Orders in the main menu.
If nShift-shipping is available you can press ‘Process’ to process shipping on the order, if shipping is already been processed you will have Label and Tracking links there instead. If you use Stored Shipments labels will not be available in WooCommerce. You can also select mass-actions ‘Process Shipping’ and ‘Download shipping labels’ to bulk-process or bulk-print labels.
You can also process shipment on the order view by clicking on the order/orders you want to edit.
On the right hand side, you should see a box named KSA + nShift . If the order has enough information to be able to create shipment you should see the chosen shipping options and a button named Create shipment . Click on this to create a shipment.
If you got an error you can adjust your plugin settings, maybe turn on debug setting to see all API communication, and try again. If all goes well you should have a Tracking Link there. If you are not using stored shipments and you have valid print options then you should also have a Shipping Label there to download. Note that if you are using stored shipments, the tracking link starts to work when the shipment is booked at unifaunonline.com.
